Eastern Canada
Top places I traveled/ recommend:
-The Confederation Bridge
This bridge links Prince Edward Island with mainland New Brunswick, Canada. At a length of 8 miles, it is the world's longest bridge over icy waters. Opened on May 31st, 1997. This is truly a magnificent structure!
Before returning back to New Brunswick, we stopped at a red sand beach right beside the shoreline of The Confederation Bridge. The beach shoreline is covered in rich fiery-red sand, like all of the East Coast. The red sand beach has impressive red jutting cliffs; great for capturing photos.

-Hopewell Rocks, New Brunswick
The Hopewell Rocks are a must see attraction in New Brunswick, if you are traveling East Canada. Fiery- rich sand covering the beach, where the tide comes in and out. Walk on the ocean floor and breath in the fresh crisp Atlantic air, while capturing the breathtaking views of the majestic flower-pot rocks. These unique formations carved by erosion over thousands of years.
-Fredericton, New Brunswick
Capital of New Brunswick, this beautiful city has plenty to offer. From great sights, culture, great food, and friendly towns people, you will definitely be impressed! The Capital is known for its Historic Garrison District, an 18th-century British army base now home to Changing of the Guard ceremony,it's fantastic!
Take a stroll around the city and experience what this great city has to offer. I did so, and I discovered a great local restaurant by the waterfront called Lighthouse on the Green; fantastic food and ice cream! We also came across The Fredericton Region Museum, which exhibits regional artifacts.

-Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
Capital of PEI, on the Southern Coast of the province. PEI, like all of Eastern Canada is so very beautiful. Driving through all the towns, we were able to capture the beauty of this Island. Wonderful views of the countryside, as well as glimpses of rural life of farmlands. The towns we traveled through each had something unique to offer. From sightseeing, festivals, great food, shopping, capturing photos, and just relaxing. We saw so many beautiful buildings and homes along our travels, especially in PEI with the many grand architecture Historic Churches; took many photos!
A week definitely was not long enough to discover and capture Eastern Canada, but we needed to head back home for work. I will definitely need to make another trip back to Eastern Canada soon, within the next year. And when I do, I will be capturing every moment along my travels. As well, I plan on travelling to Nova Scotia, and checking out more sights along the way.
Happy Travels!
